Availability Enhancement Program.
The objective of this program is to expediate
the delivery of server spares parts from Intel to
you, hence boosting your service capability to your
customers.
Under this program, you are eligible to order
server spares parts by filling in and submitting
the order form. Our program office will then
immediately process this order and ship out the
part to you at no charge if all requisite
terms and conditions are met.
This program is exclusively available to our
Premier Providers who are also participants in the
Intel Validated Server Program*.
Because we trust and value our Premier
Providers, the spares parts requested by you will
be shipped with no additional questions asked
(quantity limits apply). This is done to improve
efficiency and accelerate the delivery of the
spares parts to you, allowing you to fulfill your
customer service commitments.
