Terms and Conditions
- This program is only available to Premier Providers who are also participants in the Intel Validated Server Program. Please contact your local sales office on how to join the Intel Validated Server Program.
- This program is only available in Australia, Indonesia, Korea and Malaysia. Premier Providers in Indonesia and Malaysia can order stock available on L440GX, C440GX and SC450NX products (subject to availability). If parts are not available, customers have to call Intel Customer Support for warranty replacement.
- If an entry is submitted before 2pm Hong Kong time on any working day, the part will be delivered to your business location by the 2nd working day. Example - If an request reaches our program office before 2pm Hong Kong time on Monday, you will receive the requested part latest by Wednesday of the same week.
- The maximum number of each spare part that you can request in one month is 10 units for Non Server Base Board and 3 units for Server Base Board. Also, you are allowed to order 1(one) Server Base Board and 2(two) other spare parts in one submit. This limit is based on Intel sales, installed base and part failure analysis. Once this limit is exceeded, your request for parts will not be approved. When that happens, you need to revert to your usual method of requesting spares support i.e. calling Intel Customer Support or contacting your local Intel Authorized Distributor.
- In a measure to prevent abuse of this feature and to ensure the long-term good standing of our Intel Validated Server Program participants, Intel will conduct periodic audits on the order request patterns against sales numbers to maintain the integrity of the program.
- Return Policy: Participants in this program are to return the faulty spares via the normal returns procedure.
