The Intel AMT Emulator provides the ISV developer with an extensive debugging and validation environment. This environment provides runtime logging of events occurring within the context of the Emulator, as well as easily readable data files which encapsulate data configured by an Intel AMT device, such as storage block information, event filtering and hardware assets.
Although the Emulator is intended primarily as a vehicle for early adopters to be able to test their implementation prior to the delivery of Intel silicon, it is expected that developers will find the Emulator useful for its debug and validation benefits as they enhance their applications and deliver new versions—even after Intel AMT-enabled silicon is delivered.
