If you know your AA (or Altered Assembly) number, you can use our search engine to find information on your Intel® Desktop Board. You will only need to know the first 6 characters of your board's AA number (Figure 1). Type these 6 characters into the search box in the upper right corner of the browser (Figure 2) and press the Search button.
It is important not to include the -xxx to the number, and only search on the first 6 characters.

There are several other numbers (such as E210882, D33025, N232, ICES-003 and 2LI) printed directly on Intel desktop boards that are not indicative of board model. These numbers represent regulatory or industry specification codes and cannot be used to identify your board.
It is easy to type in an AA number in error, since the label is small and may be difficult to read. Some of the more common mistakes are due to:
- 8 looks like B
- 2 looks like Z
- 5 looks like S
- O looks like Q
If you try searching by AA number and do not get any results, take a close look at the label and see if you have typed any characters in error.
