Intel® Server Board S5000VSA
"Base System Device" shows error in Device Manager

Description
Microsoft Windows* Device Manager may show "Base System Device" with a exclamation mark on a yellow question mark, even after installing drivers.

Solution
  1. Download the Intel® Network On-Board NIC Driver for Microsoft Windows
  2. Unzip the file
  3. Run  \apps\PROSETDX\<OS version>\DxSetup.EXE

Notes:
The 'Base System Device' is one component of Intel® I/O Acceleration Technology

If you want to install the driver only, without installing any PROSET software, you may run
    \apps\setup\SETUPBD<OS version>\SetupBD.exe

Earlier versions of the software may contain slightly differing paths
